Expensive lock

Disappointed

After a ton of research we settled on this smart lock specifically beacuase it is supposed to automatically unlock when you approach the door, works with Alexa, and can be remotely unlocked. Bonus it comes with the Hub. Unfortunately, it doesn’t open when you arrive home, the Hub disconnects from the internet all of the time, and we are forced to use the keypad (that cost extra).

The adapter that acts as the go-between of the locking mechanism and smart lock will need to be replaced regularly. You will be charged when you need a replacement. Customer service has taken a nosedive as well. Perhaps COVID-19 is a part of it; however, at the end of the day, you're still taking people's money, so the service should reflect that.
