Install was cake and to this day loving it. Only downfall are the batteries do not last long but I can deal with that.

Quick and easy to setup.

Best smart door lock for the price

Getting it installed was tougher than it should have been - part of that was caused by our custom door with all the arty scrollwork that necessitated cutting some of the wood away. Would have preferred having a paper copy of the installation instructions too.

It also sometimes disconnects from WiFi with no warning and I have a strong WiFi signal. Other than that, I would have gave this item five stars.
