Great background lighting

I like to watch tv at night with very low or no lights on in the room. By having this ambiant lighting, it reduces the glare and gives you a softer picture to your eyes.

Adds a dynamic to your setup

I watch my shows and movies at night and these bring in the good moods - especially on weekends! really brings out whatever it is I am watching. A Must have!. Wish it had remote capability.

Great Value for Reducing Eye Strain

It does appear to reduce eye strain in all cases. In a darkened room the monitor seems to have "richer blacks" as well.

They work just as intended providing ample lighting. No more, no less. They were also one hell of a steal at $3.99 each during the Daily Deals.
