Great product. Set up and getting started was easy to follow

The AMS part of it is not as good as the. Regular AMS the pro AMS has a lot of problems with the filaments loading in our loading and always get stuck. I don't know what the difference is, but it's worse than the original one. Almost thought of returning the whole entire thing over this problem.

I'm pretty new to 3D printing. You could say I went all in when buying the H2C. So far it has been great. It came packaged well and Best Buy delivered on time.

You cant beat the bamboo quakity. The dual print heads significabtly speed up multi color prints and the ams functions quite well with the occasional feed error that is fixed by wiggling a tube.

Only place I could get it before Christmas. Was in perfect condition and the staff was very helpful. I have been printing non-stop with it since purchase, and have had zero issues. Definitely recommend this printer.

If you want a large printer that just “works” - this is the one.

Absolute beast of a machine. I have an X1C and this is hands down this is 100% better than it. It's SO much faster with multicolor/multimaterial that it doesn't even compare.

Great printer! Coming from a p1s this is bigger and faster for multi color printing. Really nice print quality

First time 3D printer prurchase and user and Bambu Lab H2C works right out of the box (if you have filament). Great for the novice and the experienced users.

Great 3D printer. I havent printed on a printer for about 10 years now, and it’s amazing how far the tech has come. The Bambu Lab H2C is a great printer, but not for the faint of heart. Its a complex printer. Overall, once you get used to the Bambu Labs slicer.. skys the limit.

New to 3d printing this is a great item! I’ve never had a bad Bambu printer and will be adding this to my collection!

setup was quick, and easy. this is my 3rd 3D printer. dual colors are so fast since it has a dual tool head.

Couldn't have asked for a better product and experience using Best Buy to purchase the printer. I was apprehensive at first but the delivery was super fast and handled with care. The printer speaks for itself. It is the flagship Bambu Personal Printer and it is as advertised. Love Love Love. Thank you for the perfect buying experience. They are rare these days.

This printer has been fantastic—I already have over 500 hours on it. The AMS and setup were quick and easy. Having prior experience with other printers (and teaching art) has definitely been an advantage, but the Bambu Lab H2D makes the whole process much more enjoyable. Creating masterpieces has never been this fun!

Heres what i love. Duel heads. Beautiful results, ams pro drying capability, . Having the lazer and cutter up grades i thought would be nice. Not so much this is my second machine. And still have had problems, sensors. Beds, frustrating. Im waiting on parts from Bamboo. BEST BUY IS THE WAY TO GO WITH TOTAL CARE PACKAGE.

This printer keeps gong and going and going! I've had it a month and turned it off once. It does everything for you. Alive fixes bad models. Or of 150 prints had 2 fail. That's amazing compared to my last 3D printer. All though this did cost $2000 more. But so far its giving my money's worth.

The printer is amazing! The problem is support. While their online documentation is outstanding, if you need to contact a support person, forget it. It takes a minimum of three days to get a response, and then you'd swear the support rep didn't read or understand what you are asking. So you ask a follow-up question, then you are back to waiting three more days. Much better to look for third-party support groups online. If you're comfortable with that, then go ahead and buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome machine. Excellent customer service. I bought a P2S initially with geeksquad protection. Good machine but filament stuck in extruder. So i upgraded to the H2D. No regrets. Twice the size and speed.

Great printer and great price this printer came in perfect condition and has been working perfectly highly recommend
