Love Love Love the printer, just not Best Buy. Out of the box the AMS 2 Pro stopped working and after 2 days they wanted to charge me to get it repaired. I returned it to the store and went to Microcenter. Why do I pay 180 a year for their service?

Let me preface this by saying this printer is amazing and will give it 5 out 5 stars. If you are looking at this printer you must buy it, just do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE from BEST BUY! This was the absolute worst experience I have had since ecommerce began. There were shipping problems that Best Buy said they helped with to find out that they did nothing. Multiple messages and phone calls to customer support to get no help at all. Then Bambu reduced prices and Best Buy would not price match. More messages and phone calls including 2 dropped calls and no help at all. Supervisor was supposed to call me this morning and I have received no calls. Absolutely horrible.

Printer is amazing but wish it worked at 100%. I'm constantly getting errors when switching between excriters, sometimes it works and most times it doesn't. Manual changes seem to work fine, as well as changes via the software, but during printing and calibration it stops most of the time. If the print is small I have to press retry every layer a 1 out of 10 times it works...

DON'T BUY A BAMBU PRODUCT. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT, The printer AMS was not detected and had constant extruder errors. (THE AMS worked fine on my other printer so it was an issue with the printer and not the AMS). Contacted Bambu support. I sent a 30-page PDF with errors along with the printer logs. That was not enough. They wanted me to disassemble the printer and the AMS and test multiple motherboard connections with a multimeter while videoing every step. When I said I didn't have a multimeter, they stopped responding to my requests. Filed a BBB complaint that also was ignored. Have a $2500 paperweight and Bambu is doing nothing to help. Browse the BBB complaints and search reddit, I am not the only one with customer support issues. DON'T BUY A BAMBU PRODUCT.

Arrived missing a ball earring on z-axis. Tried to exchange but BB terrible customer service lied about exchange and had me return item and I lost discount.

Service has been horrendous. The "help" i received was rude and unhelpful. I will do everything to avoid buying anything from this glorified drop shipper.

Nothing but problems with this machine and Best Buy customer service policies really suck. They sell the machine but after 14 days they will not help you. They say call the manufacturer. Really disappointed since I was buying a lot of products from Best Buy. Its not the Bambu Printer that is bad. It is Best Buy that does not stand behind what they sell. I am about to remodel my home and I will be going elsewhere for my appliances and other items for the remodel.

This printer has been nothing but trouble. My P1S is always printing flawlessly and the H2D has had more misprints than a low budget Amazon printer. No matter how many times the printer is calibrated it still prints poorly. Bambu filament or sun, all poor prints. Save your money and buy a p1s with multiple AMS units. If I could return this unit I would. Huge expense and even bigger disappointment.
