It is over priced yes unfortunately. But still great printer.

Excellent, but not worth the money

They are excellent machines, don't give me wrong, but for what you are getting... I would hold off; the price is super high compared to its predecessors for what you are actually getting. I have had better prints on a P2S, and many more fail on this one for some reason. So if you want one of these but the budget is tight, get an X2D you will be just as happy, but if you really need a larger printer, by all means! This isn't bad, it actually great, but not for the price, and definitely not for everyone
