I have only had this Machine for 1 month and already having issues with it. When it works correctly it does a fantastic job.

This is my second 3D printer, my first enclosed bambu labs, I think it is great. Multiple colors and lots of features.

I went through a couple of brands of printers before this purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and ease of use.

Printer showed up on time and in good condition. Great printer but throws prices of filament around before each print.

I have a p1s, but wanted to upgrade. I love the upgrades made on this model.

The printer worked well out of the box, the software mostly straightforward too. What was unexpected wasn't the mostly problem free printing, but instead the failure of the AMS system in a novel way that the internet hadn't ever experienced - as discovered on forums and reddit. When switching colors, it wastes a lot of filament. Printing it's super fast. Mostly good quality, but there really isn't any explanation of how to improve quality from within the app. This is still not a device you give to folks who can't handle a bit of research and troubleshooting. The problems all happened a week after the Bestbuy return window closed, and I was met with Bambu support being away on holiday, delaying warranty work for over 2 weeks. Now that they're responding, they're quick to send a replacement part, but also not listening to me explain that what they're sending isn't having an issue. I have to replace parts until they finally see it's a printer problem, not AMS. tl;dr - printer good to start. Broke in < 70hrs worktime. Support is 3/10. Can't return. Stuck with a lemon.

Best printer for the price! I have a few and this one is the best.

Quick change nozzle is a life saver ,ams 2 saves filament.

Package arrived a few days earlier then expected. Product and box showed up perfect.

It is very nice and we have been very in happy with this purchase.

Started off really good and within the first week of prints the extruder starting faulting mid-print. I had high hopes for the model given the other reviews but my experience is not the same as others before me. I want to give it another chance, but it will not be with my current unit. Purchased a P1S while it was on sale as a backup and so far so good.

Extruder failed in the first week. They expect you to perform open heart surgery on it to fix it. I took the extruder completely apart and found no issues. I was unable to print more than 10 seconds before it failed again. Took it back. Please also note that this unit has issues with the back right corner in regards to air flow. Prints back in that corner frequently fail. It's so much an issue, owners are printing fan air redirects to help with this glaring oversight in design. Further, the PTFE tube rubs against the top glass leaving a white powder residue that falls to your print bed. To add onto this, Bambu has already released a revised version of this with a different back panel which is meant to accept the new exhaust fan add on kit, so make sure if you get this new it has the new back on it. But I'm not sure how well an exhaust fan will work for ABS/PC because the door and other parts aren't sealed, so fumes will likely creep out anyway. I don't think this model is ready for production, too many issues need to be worked out of it. A lot of people are happy with it right now giving it 5 stars, but you watch, it will drop as failures start to show.

Its a great product but waste in poop chute backs up for no reason.

I have a small print farm (a dozen or more P1S's, A1, X1C's and handful of Elegoo Centauri Carbons). This printer so far as been a disappointment, worse print quality than my P1S's (I print mostly ABS) and has a pretty badly warped bed out of the box which makes larger prints a problem when printing. I have an AMS 2 Pro attached to it also but print mostly from the external roll and get errors while printing, pausing the print, that the roll is tangled or jammed, this is happening often even though the roll is fine, no issues.

Bought this printer because my friends recommended it a great entry level printer. First print was fantastic but after that I kept having issues with the filament getting stuck constantly. I contacted support bambu's solution was to send a parts and wanting me to take the printer apart. Being that im new into this i was not comfortable at all and ended uo returning the printer. It was a very disappointing experience

Printer worked great for the first 10 hours after that keep getting extruder overload. Took apart and there was nothing wrong with it and had error message again after 5 hours of printing. Had many other errors. Bambu support is terrible, I returned the printer, filament back to Best Buy within time allowed and they were great on the refund! Bambu needs to work out the bugs on this printer ASAP

the AMS system isn't working properly, and you guys won't assist, and wouldn't exchange for me because I was 2 days past the 15-day policy.

Printed 2 bench test items and was going great but then the heat bed temperature stopped working and I have reached out to both Best Buy and Bambu labs and getting no where fast this was a Christmas present and Best Buy wants everything including the box to be perfect for a return which we don’t have a perfect box anymore
