    I need to return because it won't connect in my account. The internet is connected but having trouble with cloud . I email the support but they can't help either

    This is not a review for the printer. Thisnis a review for bestbuy in general. I ordered this printer december 12th, it was in stock and set to arrive december 17th. Long story short it didnt arrive, they "rushed" a replacement for delivery on December 24th. This was a gift for my son, bestbuy cancelled the morning of December 24th. They charged me in full and now im fighting with my creditcard company to get reimbursed. Awful customer service.

    It never got delivered to my house and I have tried to contact everyone, bestbuy ( impossible to reach), FedEx still no response, Best Buy credit card still waiting! On top of it all they sold out and I h no received it for my little girl! Very frustrating
