It's a decent little toy that my 7 year old daughter enjoys controlling and talking to...and is now interested in programming him! My cats are fascinated and afraid of BB-8, especially when on patrol. His little head pops off a lot which can be annoying, but it allows for the authentic movement, no doubt.

I thought it would be bigger but it was actually pretty small but honestly it's a great product it's really cool tho

Very interactive. My son loves it. I would warn that fuzz gets into the rollers for the head and I need to find a better way to clean it . Otherwise tons of fun.

I bought this for my son-in-law for his birthday. He was so thrilled with it – I really had to laugh. The cat and the baby also are getting a kick out of it.

So this is just a real droid. Probably the coolest "toy" I've ever played with. If you can find one of these, you must buy it. It is really something to behold.

Bought for myself. Well built and tech is pretty cool. Explore mode and drive mode are fun. Your own little droid.

This is an awesome remote robot. Its has personality! The baby and the dog both love it. Only issue I have it the lack of full feature with an android device.

BB8 is fun to drive but yet sometimes is hard to control both in speed and turning singing it is relatively easy my 6 year old son enjoys it and I enjoy it

My assistant had one of these driods in her office one day. Once I saw it.....I immediately went out and bought one for my son that same day. He LOVES it!

It's fun, it's unique, and it's Star Wars. This toy has a lot going for it; but at the end of the day it IS just a remote controlled soccer ball essentially.

It's fun for a few minutes, then becomes repetitious. It has it's nostalgia from the Star Wars universe, and would be nice if only used for a display piece.

This is a 2 for 1 in my house! It entertains my kids and dogs. BB-8 has a quirky personality that makes it a unique piece of entertainment.

We got this Black Friday for $30. It was a present for a 6 year old. The two things that need to be noted: 1>The first charge takes 3 hours and you will get 1+ hours of play. 2>There are NO instructions in the box or online. We had to watch a review on YouTube to figure out some of the features. However, we still give it 5 stars.

This droid is fun to see rolling around. The noises from the movie are also in full effect. Overall, this droid a fun toy that Star Wars fans will enjoy.
