BB-8 I was hoping he was the have to have this YR.

So every week I have looked to see if there were still BB-8s available and no shortage is evident so I finally opened him today instead of going and buying 10 of them to resell. I love him. He is a blast to play with. Wish I had less carpet in my home but he I still a blast.

Great little toy , fantastic battery life

Takes a nice bang into the wall well. 2 complaints though. At this price point I think it should work a bit better on carpet. Also it tends to get disoriented when turning multiple directions on a hard surface at speed. Let's not forget list price of this novelty toy is set at 149.99$. Also 2 of the phones I've used with this app/Droid get very hot after 10 minutes of use. But don't let this turn you away it's a fantastic way to pass time!

Lot's of fun BB-8 Remote control droid

I still have not tried the watch with BB-8 feature that let's the droid interact while the film is played. The cats love it. It is fun to play with, but how long can you really play with a remote controlled ball? Be aware that it picks up dust and random hairs on the floor so it gets dirty quickly and the hairs and dust get caught in the wheel tracks on the head piece. It is a bit difficult to control, and only works on smooth flat floors. It is very fragile, the wires on the head can easily get bent or broken off. I knew what it was before I bought it, and I am still happy with the purchase. Not for kids unless they are careful, and what kids are careful? It is very expensive for what it is, and I was hoping for more features. Again, still love it, and I do not regret buying it.

Q: QuestionI don’t appreciate this product being “out of stock” when it goes down down to $30 but then in stock for $100 and then the next day “out of stock again” for &30.

- A:Answer I felt the same way. The only way is to be vigilant and keep tabs on it whenever possible. I saw it go back down to $30 early in the morning when I bought it. I only bought 1. If I didn't get it when it was on sale, then so be it. I say keep an eye on it next week before Christmas as stores want to make a last minute push. This is assuming that Best Buy will drop it back to $30.

Q: QuestionCan you use your computer to operate BB-8?

- A:Answer Not sure. App is easy to download and user friendly, even on a phone screen (although can use a tablet too). You have to "connect" (pair) the device with BB-8 each time you use it, so you may be tethered to a certain area if you can use it on a computer.

- A:Answer No. Once cartridge PKG is opened, it cannot be returned/ exchanged. Unfortunately, honest customers are punished for dishonest ones. I bought 2 pack, one cartridge defective, so I was out the expense.
