Fun toy to roll around the house, whole family enjoys it! Sometimes it does get confused on slippery tile or hardwood floors and gets stuck on the thick carpet, so make sure you have surface to play. Toy itself does not make any sounds nor projects any videos - these are function of the mobile app (packaging is a little bit confusing on these points).

This is such a fun and enjoyable companion its almost like a pet. Only negative thing is that heads keeps falling off after it hits something.

Not much to say. It works well on tile/laminate flooring, but not on carpet. It's a toy and it's fun and it freaks out my dog!

About the size of an medium sized orange, this little guy is pretty cool. If you have seen or played with Sphero's other products you should know what you are getting into. The sounds come from your connected device and not the droid which is a little disappointing at first but quickly becomes unnoticeable. One of the better pieces of merch out there.

Product gets a 5. Best buy ease of purchase and help an added benefit. This item put on a big smile when the gift was opened on Christmas.

Got this for my son (wink wink) we both love it. Thumbs way up !!!

This little droid is great, it's like he has a personality of its own. The head sometimes falls off easily but it's easy to put it back on.

Originally purchased for a nephew but instead gave it to my 39 year old son-in-law (long time Star Wars fan) for Christmas & he loves it!

Did not know what to expect, but when it charged and started to look around....Totally worth the purchase and has been fun

I bought this BB8 Droid because I just could not pass up the opportunity to own one . I must admit , at first I had a little difficulty steering it but once I got control of it I could not see myself putting it down. My four year old son also seems to enjoy it as much as I do. So go ahead buy one and I guarantee you won't utility away that easily.

We bought these for our middle school STEM program. The students love them especially controlling them with the arm band.

I've had my BB-8 for a few weeks now, and it's been great. I've had no problems with it, and my dog loves to chase it around the floor.
