I bought this as a gift for my daughter. I think she was quite happy what BB-8 was able to do once the app was downloaded. He moves pretty fast for a small toy!

I got this little guy for my grandson. He like it a lot but I think there are some better one out there but for the price I couldn't bet it.

This little robot takes a little practice to operate efficiently, but he's fun to watch and quite funny if you apply human characteristics to his response noises!

This bb8 is awesome. You can control it with your phone or get the watch. Or you can put it on patrol mode and it will roam around on own.

My son loved his BB8 from day 1 and loves how easy it was to use with his wrist band which was sold separately. Great gift for the little Star Wars fan in you.

Loved the marketing and execution of Sphero's BB8. Very cool to have roam around. Just wish the sounds came from the actual toy instead of the phone app.

The hottest toy to come out when announcing TFA. It surely doesn't and won't disappoint any Star Wars fan. It's fun, it's cute, and just a real joy to play with.

This is a fun "toy". I originally bought the non-battle worn BB8 and the Force Band. But, then caught the Best Buy deal for the Battle Worn BB4/Force Band combo for $150 plus a $50 BB card. Great deal. It takes a little bit of getting used to controlling him with the force band but is more fun than the phone/tablet software control. It runs too fast on hard surfaces until you get used to controlling it. It sometimes gets hung-up on carpet if the carpet is a bit tall/soft. It is a fun little remote control "toy" and is more durable that I originally thought it was going to be.

This has been an awesome present for my son. He is entertained all day playing around with it.

BB-8 although smaller than I originally thought is a fun little guy. He needs to be on hard surfaces to roll, and the watch Star Wars companion feature is neat.

Got this for my son for Christmas for a great deal! Fun robotic toy that will be appreciated by someone who loves the star wars movies!

My son loves it, but it really drains the battery to iPhone or Android that is controlling it. Would like to record hologram messages...maybe next generation.

I got very lucky finding this guy today. I went into my local store right when they opened and there were 3 on the shelf. I grabbed one and as I went to check out the other two were being purchased by the people behind me in line. -The package for BB-8 is very nice and it makes storing the droid easy if you want to keep it in the box or transport it. -The functionality is very cool. The second you place BB-8 on the induction charger he starts to look around and move his head which is funny to watch. -The app connection works well for mine and I have no issues connecting to the toy and controlling it. The toy moves great on hard surfaces and decent on short carpet. Once in a while BB-8 will need a little push to get him moving if your home is entirely carpet. -The tricks he can do are fun and the AR feature with the holograms works well, it also confuses my dog haha. My only gripe with this toy is the lack of an instruction manual. I am still uncertain on how to tell when BB-8 is fully charged or not. I checked the site but wasn't able to find anything, so I will have to further investigate. Overall this is a great toy with fun functionality. I grew up with My Pal 2 and now this generation of kids is growing up with BB-8. Worth every penny!

I enjoyed the initiative, input as thought they put in this toy however at times it can be difficult to drive depending of the latency of the device youre using and the surface it is under

A cute Star Wars electronic toy. Have to watch doesn't get pet hair build up as interferes with function but a fun toy

Bought this on Black Friday deal for my 7 year old. He loves it. Battery life is great and the app is very friendly and intuitive.

This is a toy but it is such a fun toy. Have not explored all the functions but got it to run around the office to a lot of smiles.

BB8 delivers house of fun and entertainment! It will only work on hrs flooring not carpet. Fun addition to my Star Wars collection

Bought this when it was on sale. I couldn't see paying more than $25 for this thing. It's adorable and fun but it gets old quick.
