This was the one toy my son wanted for Christmas. He loves it. It works great and easy to use. I would get the wristband that goes with it.

Clever and interactive. Easily interfaces with iPhone and hours of fun for the whole family. Who doesn't love BB8? Easy setup! Fun for the whole family.

This is a very cool product, a little pricey but I got a very good deal on Black Friday and couldn't pass. New BB8 for my desk!

Have only had this bb8 robot a few days and have been loving it, only thing is it definitely needs to be used on harder surfaces

I am amazed by the engineering behind this product. They didn't have toys like this when I was a kid. My cats, while curious, aren't really fans of the little droid, which makes it all the more entertaining. My only gripes would be that it appears to get disoriented relatively easily and the "face" doesn't always sit forward. It's also not great on carpet, even low carpet; stick to hardwood or tile. Lastly, it's really great at collecting (cat) hair as it rolls along which gets trapped until the tiny wheels on the underside of the little head piece.

Really brilliant toy, intuitive app. The “watch with me feature” is quite fun too as he reacts to Star Wars movies when you watch.

This little guy has character! Fun to control! App is pretty straight forward. The hologram function is pretty lame, but that wasn't why I bought BB8!

Pretty cool little droid, fun for awhile but loses its steam once you run through all it can do.

Bb8 is super cool. It was really easy to set up and fun to play with. The voice commands are really cool.

it is a neat little toy that drives the cats in my house up a tree. plotting out a path for it to travel can be hilarious.

I got this purchase on sale. Works great, rolls really well. Wish the sounds came put of bb8 vs the app but still awesome.

This is very fun to play with all day with my children I really do recommend this is way better than remote-control car .

BB-8 is such a great product and so much fun. The app is fun and easy to use, and the watch with me feature is amazing!

It is fun to play at beginning. But after couple days, kids lose the interest. And it is a little over priced.

It's a pretty cool little toy but it's smaller than I expected and it doesn't do well on carpet. For the price it's a big waste of money.

If you are into the whole Star Wars universe then this is a great product that allows you to have your own small droid to play with. The droid tries to have all the characteristics of the its namesake from the movies and is to an extent successful. While it will operate on carpeted floors it operates best on hard floors. It is based on the Sphero educational robot so there are opportunities to do some basic programming. The reason I did not give it the full five stars is it was not able to retain my interest for too long.

Awesome little droid for a smaller child. Bought for my 12 year old and he is almost too old for it. $150 is a pretty hefty price tag for something that they grow out of so fast and just ends up sitting on a shelf. It is pretty fun to watch it chase the dog around the house though. Really easy to control. Con: Does not move very well on any style carpet. Hardwood, tile or linoleum only. The head seems to come off really easy.
