Like all the app controlled droids this one is a little clumsy to use-but very cute and great for a Star Wars fan. I find my kids get a little bored though. On sale it’s a good value, but would not pay full price

Such a fun gift for an adult or kid! Great for Christmas and any Disney fan. I got this for my cousin who’s a huge star wars fan and at a great price. Love it!

If you can get BB-8 at a good price, its well worth it. Especially if you have small kids or pets. As long as you take the head off, (choking hazard) my 11 month old gets a kick out of chasing the ball around.

My daughter kept asking for this, even though she hasn't seen any of the Star Wars movies. A little difficult in the beginning to figure out, but she has really enjoyed playing with it and has even asked when she can see the movies.

This robot is entertaining, but it also provides an opportunity for kids to be introduced to coding using the drag and drop blocks in some of the apps that can be downloaded. The addition of the force band makes it even more exciting.

This is a really a good toy, but do not have all the information that you need to set up the software application, took me a little bit to configure everything, but after the configuration the fun started!

Fun little remote control system. Rolls around on the floor just like it says while beeps and blips are sounding from your smart phone. The only thing that I a having occasional trouble with it the sync between the phone and Bb-8.

It's an awesome looking toy. You need a flat surface for this thing to move. BB8's head falls off too easily when you drive the toy into a couch, a chair, a table leg. The fun lasted about an hour. It's ok.

This droid is fantastic and a must have for Star Wars fans. Works right off the iPhone and even runs on carpet. My 14 year old son and I love it!

I am a father of three girls who have not been that interested in star wars. However, after they got BB-8 we have watched the newest movie and the original trilogy. Excellent way to get your kids interested in what we loved as kids.

Got this on sale, and I'm so happy I got one! Wasnt all that excited when I found out all the features it has, but still pretty cool to own for a star wars fan

These were purchased for my youngest son and my niece. They are super cool. Controlled by an app, they are able to move around just like BB-8 does in the movies. Any Star Wars loving kids will adore these.

I got this on sale just to see if my cats would play with it. The app is honestly garbage and even I could design a better interface. It's a neat toy but it doesn't do much and it'd pretty slow on carpet.

This toy can provide hours of entertainment for both the kids and adults. Fun to use all the different buttons within the app. There have also been many update including watch with me. Look forward to more enhancements in the future.

The kids have had an absolute blast with the BB-8 Droid! Best purchase I've made in years! Almost like having another pet around the house. Great product placement by Best Buy as I saw this when I picked up the new Star Wars movie!

This was an awesome purchase. I barely got it out if the box and my kids were all over it. Dad I want to try. Takes a little bit to get used to but if you have kids like mine they can figure out anything and I like it too.

A little buggy and not the easiest to set up especially for children, but with a little time and research this little toy is quite enjoyable. Purchased it for an amazing price on black Friday for $29

We got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I had a blast "testing" it out before we put it up for the day. Controls are something that take time to figure out like other reviews state. But overall worth the price.

We got this for our 7 year old son for Christmas and he loves it. He uses the tablet to control. The messaging feature is really cool. We supervise highly due to his age. Definitely only use it on the ground,no tables!

Bought it for my nephew's 7th birthday and he was so excited to play with it. Good thing I charged it the night before so after downloading the program he was immediately able to play with it.. Says it's the "best gift ever!"
