Thick carpet can be a problem

Short lived excitement.

Does not work on carpet or even low pile rugs. We moved it to a room with large 16x16 tile, and if it didn't have momentum it would get stuck in the grout line of the tile and at times his head would come off when it hit a grout line. Best Buy took the items back no questions asked.
