Sound the bells this is an awesome product! I was previously cleaning my kids ear using a Japanese ear pick and the phone light and that was such a hassle. My kids and wife have dry earwax and this makes cleaning their ears so easy. The charge lasts several cleaning and the pincers are a godsend - just grab the pesky earwax and yank it out! My earwax is a bit on the wet side but this still makes cleaning out the wax easy, even on oneself. Thumbs way up and a great purchase.

Upon opening the package i noticed the tweezers that were said to be included were not inside. But overall performance of the device is not bad. The picture is great and pairing to mobile device was pretty easyi give 3 stars only for the not included tweezers but overall an okay product. But i dont use it as much as i thought i would.

It tens to be pretty easy, but maneuvering to the exact spot can be a bit tricky at times. Eventually gonna get it out one way or another if its not too far back or hidden upon your reach. Also, I've noticed that if you rake the wax out without the ear caps. The pressure that is applied can damage the tweezer function to not open ever again. It can also be if to much force is applied in general. If you ever want it the tweezer function to last for a while. Make sure to use it as intended and try to be less forceful when raking so none of the mechanic that's inside could damage.

Easy to use. Camera allows visual into ear canal display on your connected device/phone via Bluetooth. Soft tips protect ears from injury. Removing earwax is fast and worry free.

This actually a great concept and useful product. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the Tweezer function did not work on my unit. I will definitely try again when it’s back in stock and on sale. ;)

So technically this thing does as described. But i can say that beyond just having a quick look in your ear for a little dianostic reasons, this thing encourages reckless behavior. Look… we all think we can DIY way more than we should, but if there is a legitamate earwax or blockage problem in your ear then you should definately visit an ENT doctor. I used it myself. I had no earwax issues. I saw the telltale signs of have tympanoschlerosis. And then this thing was just a neat one use toy in the drawer. In no way shape or form is this thing going to save you a trip to a docter if you really need to go to a docter. In fact, let me know if you are gonna try to DIY a removal from your ear with this thing so i can BET MONEY that you will definately make things worse. Long story long…. Dont waste your time and money on every neat gadget you see.

This is ingenious! My son has really clogged ears and I’m always cleaning them but could never see how full they are. This tool enables us to clean his ear like never before and with the camera on the end he is able to do it on his own. It’s a life saver!!

Cool gadget overall. My only concern is the app. Im not sure why, but my phone has a norton anti-virus & it keeps putting a red high alert on this app . I'm not sure if you should trust

Dry high quality!! I love the rubberized grip and camera quality. The ease of connection and repairing is quick. The attachments are unique but I never used the scissors. I just found the camera location and ear location to be inverted. It was unwieldy to use. If this can be fixed in software then it is a near perfect tool.

I purchased this item for the camera and was not disappointed. Overall great product.

The Bebird Wireless Visual Ear Cleaner was what I needed. It does take a while to get used to the orientation, when using it on myself. I highly recommend using the Ear Canal Protecting Ring. I accidentally bumped my arm and hit the inside of my ear (not the drum) because I neglected to use the ring. I also thought the tweezer wasn’t there, but found it comes already attached. You cover the tweezers with the different attachments. So far I’m happy with it. My daughter commented that she’s going to be using it a lot. This was a purchase well worth the price.

I bought this 1yr ago. Being a musician, I have in-ear monitors that I use a lot. This tool has saved me many trips to the hospital to get my ears cleaned. I HIGHLY recommend buying alcohol disinfectant pads from your pharmacy to clean the tip before every use. No more flushing your ears out with water. This is very easy to use once you get the hang of it.

When it fully works it’s great. But mine stoped working after 8 months as in it all the sudden wanted a password when it’s never needed one when connecting to it. Also the bebird app doesn’t have an option to set up a new device or reset one so get protection plan if you don’t have total tech

Tried this thing out a few months ago and though it felt like it was of high quality, it annoyed me that the camera used direct Wi-Fi connection instead of Bluetooth. So every time you use it you have to disconnect from your internet and connect to it. It was interesting to see into my ears, but I was still afraid to go to deep, and my ears looked pretty clean up in there. I ended up returning it as I figured it was more than I needed.

Great product, wish there was a button on the tool to control the tweezers though!

Useful for ear issues however the app on iPhone sucks as the video hangs quite often.

Bought this for my son for his birthday, and he seems to enjoy using this device for his ears

Great tool to remove foreign objects from the ear; however it took some time to get used to it. Make sure you dully charged before your first try because the batter life isnt ideal.

Wow didn't think we would like but have used it a ton.
