I have had 3 of these headphones during the past 2 years. They really improve reception while they last. I have only used the headsets while walking - nothing excessive. Unfortunately the antenna function breaks down very quickly and quits working. Not sure of the basis for the problem other than the flimsy antenna wires inside the cord . Belkin would do much better designing an integrated holster/antenna where you could use a cheaper and more sturdy headset ($9 range).

When I purchased my inno I already knew that I would need the head phone antenna. What I didnt Know was that they would last only 3 mo.I am on my 3rd pair. One set lasted about 45 days Best buy will take care of them for 30 days, after that you must go to the manufacture for warr. It was no problem getting them replaced. It's the price you pay to have good reception with this type of radio .

I agree with the other reviewer. They do improve the sound and I like the ability to adjust the volume on the cord. But they do not last long. Mine lasted only 3 months. Whenever I plug it in now, my display information disappears and "Check Antenna" appears. I am very careful with them and only use them when traveling to and from work, and on lunch. I even keep them in a small plastic bag separate from everything else so that they do not get snagged on anything. Still, they stopped working right, just after 3 months, too late for me to return them to the store. I wish there was another design to choose from. They need to fix the antenna problem. Three months is an unacceptable life span for an almost $50 product.

How can anyone wear these things .... the ear plugs are so big, and heavy .. my ears hurt too much to ever wear them again. I found out I could plug a separate set of ear buds into the receiver and it by-passed the heavy earphone/antenna...so I strap the heavy ear phones to my bike or hat and use a comfortable set of ear phones to by-pass these things. Seemed like a bad joke to me. User-hurtful, not user friendly.
