Just an emergency spare
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned this router model before. It's OK, a little lacking in features and the signal is not the best. It now serves as a spare in case of emergency

Very easy to set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to set up - hooked up 2 laptops and 1 TV . For some reason though 1 laptop won't go to web sites that it use to. Don't know if it is a security feature with the router or not. Other laptop works fine.

Returned after 1 week
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Signal strength was better than just using the gateway in my provided cable modem but the signal would drop and reconnect constantly. I returned the item within a week for a Linksys AC1900.

Not a great router for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the router for a month and realized the speed wasnt that great and it constantly disconnected from my macbook. I ended up spending 10$ more and overall was much happier with the product

It OK. Not great.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.each major changes requires a reboot. that sucks big time. wireless will top out around 120-150 Mbps if you're lucky. hardline will give you full or close to full speed if you're trying to use this with a high speed connection with TWC, VZW, etc.

Hard to say... problem in setup.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard to say if this is a good router or not, as part of the setup wizard it made me upgrade the firmware, which then failed and made the unit I had useless and unrecoverable. I traded this in for the more expensive, but reliable Linksys router.

Great budget router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had to upgrade our old router because it couldn't handle our upgraded Internet speeds. We settled on this due to its abilities and price compromise. It has been everything we need and more! It has multiple frequencies so you can run 2 separate networks + the ability to have a guest network as well. Each frequency is fully programmable, independent of each other. It is compatible with every device we have come across. Aesthetically, it is nice and sleek, with just a single light on the front to tell you if it is connected or not.

Adequate, but nothing to write home about
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installation took an hour with help from customer service. It is functioning better than the older model that it replaced, but does not have great range. Our home is 1800 sq ft.

Posted .Hi Andria03,
We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Belkin F9K1113 wireless router. You seem to have a wide network. Adjusting the router's wireless channel may help improve the connection and increase the range. Use fixed channel instead of Auto. You may also need to use repeaters and extenders to ensure Wifi coverage on all areas. Email us at [email protected] if you need a hand with your network. Feel free to reach us anytime.

Did not work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When i bought it I was pretty excited to finally switch to an AC router. I end up returning it after a week because it kept disconnecting from my modem or it would show that everything was connected but I was still not getting signal from the router. I don't know if it was me or just a defective unit. I follow the instructions which are pretty simple and just couldn't get it to work. My final thought was either this router wasnt compatible with my modem or the unit was defective.

Very easy to configure!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Almost a plug-and-play device! Strong signal strength was quickly recognized by all wi-fi devices. Only drawback was that devices need to have recent OS. It would not connect to my Wndows XP system, but anything more recent .... No problem.

No Thanks, Belkin
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this router because of the "award-winning" status and the dual-band features. The price really seemed right compared to other routers, so I grabbed it. A little background: I've always had fairly bad experiences with Belkin products, from wired routers to audio cables and adapters to power cords but I thought maybe things had gotten better. They haven't. The management software for this router is awful. The wizard interface usurps all control for users who want more than just an out-of-the-box WiFi network. Navigating the software was clunky and it was difficult to find anything I was looking for. They obviously spent more time designing the UI (buttons and layout are actually quite beautiful for router firmware) and not enough time thinking through how people will want to use it. I returned this router and got myself an ASUS AC68U instead. I couldn't be happier that I made that decision!

Very good router for apartment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace an old wireless router in the apartment. So far, this Belkin router has performed very well. Using WiFi around the apartment is efficient - we have 4-7 devices connected at a time with no hang-ups. This is great !

Good product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The associate that helped me said it was better than the Netgear I previously had. So far it's a good product, but there was one time that It wasn't working and had to reset it.
