If you're experiencing slow speed for both wired and wireless devices, we need to check first the speed coming from the modem if it matches with the bandwidth subscription from your ISP. Poor Connectivity

Well come to find out that would be longer than I have hoped. The set up of this router was easy, and it did ok.... BUT the WIFI speed was not as solid as my other device.. And I woke up a couple of mornings to find out that all the WIFI has shut down.. The router telling me that the modem is offline when you can see it is not and the wired connections worked still??? WTH.. after a reboot of the modem and router all connected again.. UNTIL the next time 2 or 3 days later..... Time to return... I gave it weeks lost connections 5 to 7 times.. You get what you pay for!! I bought the NGNHX8 and that one is AWESOME!!! No Loss of WIFI and WIFI Speed of 100+ on devices that can get that high... I am on a 150/30 connection so this was good for me. Hope this helps...

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Getting a weak wireless speed can be caused by distance, wireless interferences, and physical obstructions. We suggest that you set a fixed channel for your wireless networks. . You may have it on channel 1,6, or 11 for the 2.4 GHz network and channel 36, 40, 44 and 48 for the 5 GHz network.
