I was able to view all the wireless devices that were connected, viewing by Mac addresses and names (if identified). Setting static IP addresses was very easy but i elected to keep several devices on the DHCP and it easily assigned those IP addresses. It performed very well in this arena. However, the range is not as good as reported and not as good at the Netgear wireless router it replaced. I placed the router in a 2nd story bedroom/office and could to get signal in the basement and encountered intermittent connectivity issues on the main floor. The Netgear gave me consistent signal all around my home, on all levels as well as in close proximity outside my home.

To achieve maximum wireless coverage, we recommend tweaking the channels for both frequency bands to whatever matches your current network environment. Transfer speeds are what was expected with connections that were available to building. Definitely would recommend this to anyone.

When we contacted bel kin customer service, it was difficult to understand the heavy accent & they ended up saying we should contact our internet provider. Neither helpful nor accurate. The product itself has a great dual bandwidth for guests or separate streaming of movies.

Performance falls off very quickly as the distance increases. Would spend more to get one with a stronger signal in a larger are but worked okay for the smaller area this originally covered.

Unfortunately, it performed as good as the built-in WIFI router on my Arris modem. So I need something better/stronger and will return this one and cough up additional $$$ for a higher-end model.

Does what it's supposed to do. Super easy setup, and great design. You can't go wrong. And, even my cable guy said I made a good choice. He knows way more than I do about this kind of stuff.

We had to search online for workarounds. This router is known for having issues, and Belkin hasn't done much to fix that. Even though this product is only one year old for us, it's considered to be an older Belkin model. I would encourage you to pick a different brand!

Having said that - it was a pain to personalize our network name and password. I had to cal tech support and that is never fun. There were an excessive amount of steps just to change said network name and password.
