I called EPB and they said it was because I was so close to all of the other routers in the complex. This router would probably be good if you live in a house a decent bit away from anyone else.

The router would work fine as an Access point for about 10 minutes but then would lose network connection. It works great as a stand alone router but could recommend to extend your network.
