I spent 4 hours with customer support and they finally gave up. I returned this to best buy and purchased a airport express for the same money and it only took me 5 minutes to set up. Buy an airport express instead.

I had it for 6 years and it worked wonderful. This one has issues. It stops working everyother day. I need to reset it. It says it works on gaming devices, which it doesn't.. I am not happy with the product.

If the router drops the wireless connection but has a stable wired connection, adjust the router's wireless settings to improve the connection. If both wired and wireless connections are dropping, check the modem's connection. Plug a PC straight to the modem and check the modem's connection. Make sure that the modem's connection is stable. Not worth to buy

But I was wrong. I couldn't even connect all my devices with Internet and internet speed become too slow. I kept this router for a week and then gave back to Best Buy .
