This router was easy to hook up and now I can pick up a strong signal all over the house and in the front and back yards.

Great Dual Router for the House.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Belkin router. The router's wireless range can be affected by physical obstruction and wireless interference. We recommend that you relocate the router to a central location. Keep it within the line of sight of the wireless clients. Minimize physical obstruction like thick walls, large metallic objects, etc. Interfering wireless signal could also be a factor. Try adjusting the router's wireless settings to avoid interference. Use channel 6, 9, 11, or 1.

Price was right, performance was not

I was told by a technician at my cable company that the new router would give better signal strength and speed for my wireless needs. The Gigabit worked seamlessly and I get about 54 MPS on my wired connection but I have tons of problems with the wireless not reaching all areas of my house. I understand that there is a floor separating the basement but if I stand directly below where the router is, I only get 1 bar of signal strength.

New router hasn't increased speed.

Finally spoke with (Mgr) Brad today. I explained my concern, that my comuter s VERY slow and also told him that I couldn't get to Ryan because NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE after the answering machine put me on hold MANY TIMES in the last 10 days. Brad said that someone would contact me to arrange a home visit. I sure hope it's soon..
