How long have you been using the device? Are all of your wireless devices detecting the same signal strength from the router? Is the signal dropping? What is the speed that you are receiving when connected wirelessly?
You may try changing the wireless channel on the router to 1, 6, 9 or 11 for 2.4GHz network and 36, 40, 44 or 48 for the wireless 5GHz network.

Ended up returning this and buying another n600. I thought this one would be a little better do to the price and it saying that the range was better. Pretty happy with the netgear n600.
