Nice modem for my home

We appreciate your feedback on this product. Let us help you check it. Will the router operate when you set first the wireless mode of the 2.4GHz network to OFF and set the 5GHz to AC? You may try to update or re-flash its firmware and reset the router. To reset the device, press and hold the reset button for 10 to 15 seconds and power cycle the router.

Good for small apartment

Talked to support. We changed all the settings and next day same thing happened. Be streaming and lose the internet, not the wifi signal. Talked to them again and they said return it. This one did the same thing. Only thing that works is to reboot the device until it happens again. Returned it and got a TP-Link and so far so good! P.S. It is an older router. The newest firmware is from 2016.

Thought it would be okay with all devices, but not

Coverage was fine but then I noticed that my devices - laptop, tv, smart phones etc. just didn't seem to find the network and stay on it. Turns out it wasn't compatible with some of the new tech? I returned it.
