Purchased this model to get better range coverage in the house. Router is in the basement. I get a good signal in the center of the house but not so much on either end. On the other hand, it was flawless to set up and has worked since purchase for a couple of months without any hitches what-so-ever.

Easy setup - good bandwidth, and appears to have great range

This router had great reviews, was easy to setup and the options menus are user friendly to setup wifi and security. Adding an external hard drive to share across multiple devices was easy as well. The connection speed for transfer isn't as great as if it were hard wired to a device/PC but that is outweighed by sharing to multiple places at one time.

I bought this item to get away from an allinone cable modem wifo router combo. It works. Period.

I love that it has dual band and for the money it works really good, very easy to set up, descent distance, only reason why i don't give it a 5 star is because once in a while it acts out and have to reset it, or reconnect my devices. I Love that it also has a guest network!

This router is one of the more cheaper routers that best buy carries in the store. I think the router works great but somethings the connection does cut off. Overall for the price you are buying it for, it works great.

We bought the Belkin router because we were having lots of trouble keeping internet connections with the router supplied by WOW. The Belkin is better, and gives better service in our rather large house, but is not as reliable as expected. Had to reset a couple of times, or use my iPad while I waited for my home network to get back into shape.

Great product, easy instructions, and easy set up!

This is a good one was going to purchase a different one at the same time I bought my computer. Well the sale person told me that I sure buy this one for what I needed. I told him that I wasn't that sure of the ease of hooking up a network I was told that it was self setting. Boy am I am glad I took his advise plug it in and enjoy that easy.

I have purchased all brands over the years and Belkin has improved a lot! Router is the easiest (next to NetGear) to setup for the novice and for us experienced folks makes it a 5-minute job. User interface is clear and has the good stuff at hand for monitoring your internet connection. This is the 2nd Belkin I have purchased for family members.

Much better range than my previous router and covers my home.

OK so I get way better coverage in my home where I used to get zip! Full bays all over the place. My home is 2,660 Sq feet and my yard is .3 or .03 acres (I forget but it's large) and I get the same speeds as I see in home. My Internet is supposed to be 15 mbps and I get over 16mbps! Never happened with the cable modem that maxed out at 15 usually. Separate systems are better than two in ones! Truth is you can't unplug the router and modem then plug me back in at the same time. You gotta wait for the modem to turn on first then plug in the router back into the outlet and then connect the router to the modem. It's dumb I know. Also my 5ghz network stopped working and had to reset router to get it working again. Sigh but overall I'm very pleased with this product.

I wanted a router that was not the lowest price and not the most expensive, so I bought the Belkin AC 1200. It was very easy to set up. The feature I like the best is the router provides 2 networks & passwords so that you can give one of them to your guests at home.

The best thing about this router is that it really did set itself up. My computer isn't near where I wanted the router to be so I got a long data cable, assuming I would have to plug it in to set it up. Not so. After setting it up, I glanced at my smart phone and when I attempted to check my email it recognized a wifi connection and took me to the set up process on the browser of my phone! I was pleasantly surprised with that. Another interesting thing is that about once a month, my PC will pop up the Belkin home page and give me my speeds and connected devices. So far, streaming and normal usage has not been an issue at all!
