    I have had Belkin before and since I needed a new one I purchased another Belkin. However, I have had problems with it since I bought it. The router keeps closing down and we even had to reprogram it again. I would not recommend this item.

    Wireless Range leaves something to be desired.

    I ended up returning this model for a competitors model due to the poor wireless range. This router could not get a signal to my attached garage in my 1400 sq. ft. Home, works great if it's in the same room but otherwise poor range.

    Couldn't get it to work so I returned to store. Come to find out Belkin doesn't work well with Apple products or with Brighthouse.

    The setup and interface is very strange. I've set up a lot of WiFi systems, from enterprise level down to home stuff. This one has the most unusual setup I've seen.

    Can we go lower the 1 star? I spent 6+ hours on the phone with them. Lost connection 5 times with in a week. Took it back and got a Lynksys. No issues there.

    Won’t stay connected

    I purchased this for a second residence that I have because I had been traveling back and forth with my linksys router Which has never given me an issue. I got this as a deal of the day for $20. The thing keeps cutting out. I tried to use it with my VOIP for work and every call was all choppy. I used it to stream to my smart TV and it’s all glitchy, then it cuts out. This will be returned!

    This comes with two different wifi. When I use the guest wifi, the other wifi stops working. The range doesn't go very far. I'm returning it. You may also have to keep restarting the router.

      It is odd that the guest WiFi interferes the connection of the other wireless connection. To isolate this, check if the firmware of the router is up to date and change the wireless channels on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks.     thought i was getting a good deal from the worker who said it was a new thing in wifi. it can barely reach the other side of my house and has horrible connection.

      How far can your wireless devices keep the connection from the router? Is the router updated to its latest firmware? One of the things that you can try to boost the wireless connection is by changing the wireless channel. Try setting it to 1, 6, 9 or 11.

    spectrum internet looses wireless connection

    Weekly restarting of router has been required the last month I've owned it. It's not my internet it's the router. I do not recommend this product for spectrum internet users.

    Regret Purchase

    I came from a Netgear N900, that was old and needed to be replaced, the CS rep told me this was the best choice and I bought it. For the most part it does it's job but has to be reset/restarted almost on a daily basis, sitting next to the router connection speeds crawl or don't connect. For a worry free tech experience I would suggest if your looking for a new router look at something else, unless you like being frustrated.

    Don't buy; Have to pay for cust supt on new router

    I set up and connected a brand new Belkin router. Something happened when I tried to change the password and I was unable to connect wirelessly. Contacted customer service and was told I would have to pay for help on set up with a brand new router. He even argued with me. Bought a new Linksys router rather than give Belkin more money. Connection was exceptionally smooth; everything up and running with password change no problem. Linksys is great. Had it before; shouldn't have listened to salesperson who recommended Belkin.
