This Belkin product is the worst. Lots of problems

I can't connect my laptop nor my desktop to the Internet

Range on this was not enough for my wireless items.

Returned this item. Poor quality, performance and construction.

Didn't work as good as the linksys n750 I already owned.

I wanted to get AC speed even though everything in my house is hard wired, just in case something comes up where i need a better wireless connection. I bought this after my DLink lost a port and needed to goto the bit bucket in the sky. Pros: 1. AC wifi for little money comparatively 2. Easy setup for basic functions 3. Nice stand, actually stable Cons: 1. After every configuration change the router reboots or restarts or something, make one change, save, wait a minute or more for it to come back. Irritating. 2. No ability to set static IPs via MAC addresses. 3. No QOS Overall I am ok with this router but I will be on the lookout over the next few days to find something that fits my requirements a little better.

I respect the the name Belkin. They make great products and I've never been disappointed. Easy set up and connection and now I have this extender in another part of my home to give me continuous wifi connections

This unit was easy to set up and it makes access easy wherever you are in the house. Multiple units can be run through this device without slowing it down.

I recently moved and had to pick up a new cable and internet service provider. My previous router, a Netgear N300, wasn't working with their modem for some reason. I hadn't had any issues with the router so far other than the occasional reset from over use ( once or twice a year). I bought this router to replace it because the Netgear equivalent was not available at the store I went to. So far it is running excellently. I also like that it allows for three channels: standard, media, and guest. I put my computer and phone on the standard, and the rest go on media.

I have no idea why this routers isn't rated higher. I'm getting a full 65 mbps isp pass through to my desktop wired and the same on my Netbook wireless. Works great streaming Hulu and Netflix using Chromecast with no disconnects. Setup was a no brainer and was up and running in just minutes.

My kid broke the old router so I had to run into best buy to buy a wifi-router, I looked so many and was impressed by "Belkin - Dual-Band Wireless-AC+ Gigabit Router - Black". Setup was real easy and quick. Using it from past 45 days and no problems Connection is consistent and speed looks good Like the product and would recommend

Awesome router. It works really good. Really fast speeds. I have had no regrets in buying this. It's a great router and investment.

This router is pretty great for the price. We hadn't replaced our router in a few years and that made streaming tough. This new Belkin reaches the full span of our 1000 square foot apartment and is very good at streaming. Love the feature that allows you to split users on the network between the 2.4 and 5G. Great product!

After 10yrs my old router died. I'm rural area so I don't have the fastest internet but I needed something that would run at least 3 computers, 3 cell phones, printer, etc.. For my work I upload a lot of pics and paperwork. For fun my husband likes his farmville. That's why I chose this router after consulting with the associate. When I first hooked it up I couldn't get all my pages to load. After trying several things, I called my internet provider. We changed the DNS number and it seems to be working fine. He also said I might need to shut off the firewall that is installed on it if I have anymore problems. So far after 3 days, I haven't had any issues.

It works good for my needs. Seems to allow more people to be online at a time without bogging down the internet.

This router has good range for my 1700 sq ft house no problems with lost signal.

This router is a disappointment. About once a month it needs to be rebooted to restore the Internet connection. It has happened often enough to have allowed me to find the problem, but not the solution... Initially, I thought Comcast was at fault, and tried the modem reset, cables, and eventually swapped out the Motorola Surfboard for a Ubee. My connection was restored each time after rebooting both the modem and router...or in the extreme swapping the cable modem. Belkin support was no help. When I called I was instructed to reboot the cable modem and the router, and then the problem was 'solved'. Eventually, when I had gone through the process several times and identified the router as the problem I called Belkin support to swap out the router...but three months had elapsed and my 'free support' window had ended, even though my warranty hadn't. I explained the situation to the tech and asked for a warranty return. I was to I had to sign up for a support contract to diagnose the problem before being able to return the router ...if they found an issue. I asked what they would be doing differently to diagnose the problem...perhaps some diagnostic software. The rep could not (or would not) tell me, and I refused to pay the ransom. I have no confidence that they could or would do anything differently or provide any solution. I even located a Belkin customer advocacy manager on LinkedIn and sent him an inquiry, but received no response. I have had several wireless routers; Draytek, Netgear, Linksys (while Cisco), and now Belkin. I have worked in high tech, specifically in large networking and unified communications companies, and would be all over the customer service organization if one of my customers had received this Poor support. It is highly unlikely I would buy Belkin again OR recommend to a friend.

Great product and easy to install. Met all of our Internet WiFi needs

This is a fast router, that easy to setup. I have had some problems with the router loosing communitcation with the modem. It's happening every week.

We got a security system and while they were setting it up, the technician noted that our router was out of date. It wasn't a big surprise as it was a very base model, almost 5 years old and one of the antennas was taped up. He suggested we replace it to take full advantage of the internet speeds we were paying for. So we go to Best Buy having no clue what we are looking for. We explain the size and layout of the house as well as the router location to an associate and he recommended this router should meet our needs. While I'm in my home office, sitting right next to it, I have great signal on all my devices and my internet is quick (although I do notice frequent but brief glitches). However, if I go to any other room in the house, the signal is very weak or non-existent. Now, I understand the placement of the router and obstructions have an impact on the signal. However, my 5-year-old-broken-antenna-basic-router was set up in the exact same spot and we never had signal issues throughout the entire house. When I'm sitting in my living room, I can pick up the neighbors signal from 2 houses over still but not my own from upstairs. I'm not impressed with this new fancy router at all.
