Fast and easy

It is fast, easy to connect to all (both) computers and does not take up a lot of space. There has been some difficulty getting it to stay connected to my internet provider, but the Geek Squad helped me iron out that problem.

I with someone would make a normal looking box that would just sit there like a box instead of these stand up and look fancy units but the thing does work really well - so I forgive Belkin. Still, Belkin, if you read this - just a square box would work best. ....

terrible customer service from belkin.

I contacted belkin for tech support and spoke to a gentleman with an extremely thick accent and an equally bad Bluetooth device. I repeatedly asked him if I could speak to someone else. He would then speak slower and directly into his device for a while before going back to the same hard to hear and understand format. All he wanted to do was blame my ISP. I contacted Geeksquad and the tech was not interested in helping at all except to push me into a $120 service call. I returned the unit in exchange for a new one and it works ok. Extremely easy to set up if it works. I am not a gamer so I cannot comment on speed that is to say I don't notice a difference between this unit and my old N type router. In the future i will stay well clear of belkin in favor of Netgear and I will be rethinking purchases from Best Buy given this tech support experience.

The only complaint I might have is that it's not as strong as I wish it would be, seem to not get service in one of the rooms but it may be because it's signal is trying to go through three walls
