I don't have to with this product. Installation was a little rough but i can't be sure if that was the actual product or something weird going on with my PC.

The n600 is on my newer Lenovo h40, the n300 is on a hp a6407c older. Both have been performing perfectly. My Lenovo was intermittent with the internal Internet setup. This was corrected with the Belkin n600. Thanks to Belkin for reliable products.

I am a IT prof. so I had my wife install it just to see how easy it was, she got it to work without manual in 5min

The internet is wifi from the box so we had to buy (2) of the Belkin wireless adapters for our desktop units. They were very easy to install, just plug them in. They work quite well with no apparent loss of speed.

Made it work after a bit of struggle and now it works great!

Very easy to install. Basic black, with a blue LED. The LED lets you know it is functioning. (very useful, to let you know if a web page has frozen.)

Testing in multiple locations has revealed an average speed of 130-150mb/s
