The adapter does everything I need it to do, it makes my custom desktop connect to my wireless network in my apartment. Better quality then some of the other Wireless adapters I hvae tried just has the Net Gear N600.

Intallation was simple and easy. Immediately found my router and connected to it. Automatically reconnects each time I reboot my computer. BUT - I have to remove and reinstall the driver about once a month. The problem seems to be caused by an automatic update of my Windows 7 OS.

I bought this for my son to use upstairs. Our wireless is downstairs where most of the rest of us use our computers/wireless devices and I can't believe how fast his internet connection is. I thought about getting one for my laptop to speed the connection

i always had my computer plugged into my network router but since moving ive had to unplug my computer from the router and so i came across this little guy. its not as fast was if you had your computer plugged directly into the router but it does feature dual channels so i get a pretty reliable connection.

The wifi adapter plugged into my old computer and simply worked. My old computer was suddenly much more flexible. It could have been better if the body of the device were modified so that it didn't block an adjacent USB port and render the neighbor port inaccessible.

IT WORKS GREAT AND PROVIDES GREAT BOOST FOR WHAT WAS A WEAK WIFI SIGNAL... ONLY PROBLEM INSTALLING WAS GETTING WINDOWS 8 TO RECOGNIZE IT. MESSAGE WHEN INSTALLING SAID THAT 8 DID NOT RECOGNIZE. HOWEVER AFTER SEVERAL RESTARTS IT LOADED AND WORK GREAT.

My primary use is when visiting my son. My computer does not have high enough built in security settings, therefore would not connect to his router. Plugged it in, assigned the right number, and it worked fine. I also used it at an airport.

I bought this as a replacement for another unit from Linksys/Cisco that was absolutely horrible. It would routinely disconnect from the computer and require unplugging and plugging it back in. Since purchasing this Belkin unit, I no longer have problems. Brilliant item and I cannot recommend it enough.

Due the fact that laptops are installed with a (NIC), it is preferred that the Belkin N600 Dual-Band Wireless-N+ USB External Adapter performs at a higher BIT rate. Before you purchase this product, depending on which OS is installed on your computer ensure the package indicates both WIN7 and 8.

I purchased this for my computer that doesn't have built in wifi. Every connection has been good and strong. The best part I can also use it on my laptop which also doesn't have built in wifi. I highly recommend this product. it's at a great price and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

My Lenovo wireless adapter was failing regularly, didn't want to send away for warranty repair because it has all my work info on it. Reception is now great. I travel a lot for work and this has been a great benefit connecting to some weaker signals.

Thankful Belkin makes a wi-fi device for those slightly older computers (my old one was purchased in 2012) and at a reasonable price. The USB connection is easy to set up ()just plug in and the softwar tells the user what to do next). Recommended.

Generally very good. It conflicted with a wifi extender....and needed reset all the time. Removing the extender makes it a happy component. BTW - solved the range issue in my wifi network by using a powerline network adapter.
