The original helped search and asked for help when needed. I bill time at $195/hr, it is my most precious commodity. Your employees respected that and did so with exemplary customer service!

Have to use the official Apple Thunderbolt to VGA to connect the MBP to a VGA projector. Hope this review will help other Mac users. Didn't want to give the product itself a low rating because of my mistake!
