I thought something was wrong with my computer as it would not work on my Mac, but I purchased an Apple certified and it worked just fine.

It works. It's a plug, what else can I say? It says I did not have enough characters, so here are some more.

I returned this item since it was not what I expected from the product description.

I suppose it works OK, I think it was a little expensive for what it is.

Just one more thing that doesn’t come with/in/on a Mac

But I haven't had it long enough to know its longevity.

After using this device, my MacBook experienced certain crashes that I was able to trace to this network adapter.

If you need a basic network adapter, then this will work fine. However, there are plenty of other options on the market that have additional features at a much lower price than this. I ended up returning this item.

My Asus don't like it And I try in other Audie laptops

Bought this for my MacBook and it did not work at all. Ended up returning it and purchase the Apple product.

I thought this new product maybe better and up to date, but it not even compatible my old one is cheaper and it works better.

I forget why i bought this back in 2019 and not sure how many times i used it. I might still have it in my travel bag somewhere. Hopefully it still works. Its for if you have a laptop or other device that doesnt have an ethernet port. If it has a USB C port, this gives you an ethernet port to use.

I purchased this adapter yesterday (Dec. 2. 2019). I was experiencing very slow upload speeds on the adapter (between 6-12mbps) on my 2018 Mac Mini. So I began testing this adapter. The computer gave expected speeds over it's built-in NIC using the same cable, and it gave expected download speeds over the adapter itself. I then gave the system a shutdown and restart, I unplugged the adapter and then tried a different port. However, I was unable to get better upload speeds over the adapter. I contacted Belkin support and after 15-20 minutes of re-doing what I already did he asked me if I have access to a new Dell 13" XPS laptop or to a 2016 Apple Macbook Pro. I told him unfortunately I am not a computer collector and do not have either of those computers on hand. The conversation came to an end when he came across a support article on Belkin's website saying that this adapter is only guaranteed compatible with one of those two machines. After confirming that I did not have one of those two machines he said there is nothing more he can do, my 2018 Mac Mini is an unsupported computer. Notes: 1. The packaging says it is supported on "USB-C Devices", and USB-C enabled Laptops", as well as being "Thunderbolt 3 compatible". 2. Nowhere on the packaging does it say that there are possible incompatibilities. 3. Nowhere on the packaging does it say they will refuse to give support for the device on anything outside two possible computer configurations. 4. Nowhere on the packaging does it say to refer to a support document to determine compatibility prior to purchasing. My Takeaways: 1. Buy a different brand adapter. 2. Don't buy Belkin. It doesn't save you that much money anyway (especially if you have to drive back to the store to return the product like I have to do today). If I could have given this product a "0" rating today I would have... Although the support person did say that they are working to update their packaging to include this warning (But I don't believe they will print that on their packaging). Anyway... that is my 2¢.

I bought this for my nintendo switch so I could use ethernet in handheld mode. Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all. It completely failed to connect to internet. Maybe it works for laptops, but this is not a product for switch owners.
