Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Items were delivered 2 weeks after purchase but I was charged for it immediately, and day after delivery was reported to credit bureau as being late with my payment and credit score dropped 50 points. I also selected the option to purchase as 24 months of interest free payments but it is reported on credit card as outstanding balance rather than loan payments so my credit score dropped another 50 points. One purchase on one Best Buy credit card dropped my credit score by 100 points! Ridiculous ! That said, the GE stove is very nice. The LG refrigerator though is very cheaply made for what I paid. Bottom freezer drawer constantly gets stuck in open or closed position. Also repeatedly freezes and then melts everything. Additionally the install I paid for was never done. Contract delivery people just dumped it all in the kitchen and left.

I used it to purchase another product and refunded it. But Best Buy will not refund the gift card. I called customer service like 10 times. Some promised to refill the card. Some promised to mail it. Some promised to give straight refund. None of the actually happened. Best Buy took $100 from and never returned. DO NOT BUY ANY APPLICANCES WITH GIFT CARD PROMO. Best Buy will take it at any chance and never give it back. Best Buy will steal your gift card.
