Gift card worked, but didnt get to use all the gift card

Received on a holiday deal but then they gave a better promotion, they don't price match those though... probably hold off on using and buying promos through the return period in my experience

This Best Buy gift card really does the job. It is conveniently sized just like a credit card to fit in your wallet. Is made of quality plastic, and the printing seems durable. They come in various denominations to suit any need. Items bought with it don’t accrue any interest

I was at first skeptical at this product as I could not understand how a VR headset could come at the price point and deliver a quality experience but I was thoroughly impressed with the package and the amount of entertainment this device delivered to the whole family. Bravo

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator that has never worked properly from the start. It has been over three months, and Whirlpool has yet to repair the issue. Despite countless calls and assurances that the problem would be resolved, I am still left with a non-functional refrigerator. The level of customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The technicians arrive unprepared, unaware of the issue, and without the necessary parts—even though I was told they had been ordered. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I trusted Whirlpool for a reliable product and responsive service, but this experience has been nothing but impossible. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing a whirlpool.

The eGiftcard is sent to you via email and you have to continuously go to the page to get the card number and security code off of it. Why couldn't this just be added as a promotional balance to an account?

I don't like the way he washes his clothes. And it takes a long time to finish a washing cycle.

Overall, I think for spending close to $6000, receiving a $50 gift card is the least I could be given? I haven’t spent mine yet ..

In my opinion, a promotional gift card should still be reissued if you're forced to return an item that showed up broken. But Best Buy would not reissue my promotional certificate.

Items were delivered 2 weeks after purchase but I was charged for it immediately, and day after delivery was reported to credit bureau as being late with my payment and credit score dropped 50 points. I also selected the option to purchase as 24 months of interest free payments but it is reported on credit card as outstanding balance rather than loan payments so my credit score dropped another 50 points. One purchase on one Best Buy credit card dropped my credit score by 100 points! Ridiculous ! That said, the GE stove is very nice. The LG refrigerator though is very cheaply made for what I paid. Bottom freezer drawer constantly gets stuck in open or closed position. Also repeatedly freezes and then melts everything. Additionally the install I paid for was never done. Contract delivery people just dumped it all in the kitchen and left.

Wanted to use this for PlayStation store so I could buy digital games. But wasn’t allowed to do to BB’s policy.

Inconvenient in that it doesn't have the option to save to account.

I think the gift cards should be a lot more in value

I plan on using it for another purchase, but it would be nice if applying when shopping online was automatic. You have to enter the number and pin at checkout.

Not bad. Cleaned well. Had an issue with the electric board. Had to return it.

Five dollars doesn’t get you much nowadays but I guess it’s better than nothing

I tried using it and I was unsuccessful. The customer support only stole 2 hours more of my life, after talking to 5 diferent people, they couldnt even understand what my problem was.
