Overall was great but I have some issues with my washer and I suppose to get a gift card compensation but never got one hopefully I will get one.

the product may be great but best buy isnt. IT said it would not charge my card until it shipped and if it wasnt here by Oct 24 (today) it would refund my card. Every time we called to ask what was happening we received no information . I buy at best buy because they are reliable not because they have the prices. I guess that's over

Overall, I think for spending close to $6000, receiving a $50 gift card is the least I could be given? I haven’t spent mine yet ..

This washer throws error codes and is always off balance

I don't like the way he washes his clothes. And it takes a long time to finish a washing cycle.

Gift card worked, but didnt get to use all the gift card

Wanted to use this for PlayStation store so I could buy digital games. But wasn’t allowed to do to BB’s policy.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator that has never worked properly from the start. It has been over three months, and Whirlpool has yet to repair the issue. Despite countless calls and assurances that the problem would be resolved, I am still left with a non-functional refrigerator. The level of customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The technicians arrive unprepared, unaware of the issue, and without the necessary parts—even though I was told they had been ordered. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I trusted Whirlpool for a reliable product and responsive service, but this experience has been nothing but impossible. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing a whirlpool.

The stovetop doesn't cook even , I have to turn pan to get things like pancakes and toasted cheese sandwiches evenly browned. It's as bad as my 20 year old stove I replaced , actually the old one was better

Items were delivered 2 weeks after purchase but I was charged for it immediately, and day after delivery was reported to credit bureau as being late with my payment and credit score dropped 50 points. I also selected the option to purchase as 24 months of interest free payments but it is reported on credit card as outstanding balance rather than loan payments so my credit score dropped another 50 points. One purchase on one Best Buy credit card dropped my credit score by 100 points! Ridiculous ! That said, the GE stove is very nice. The LG refrigerator though is very cheaply made for what I paid. Bottom freezer drawer constantly gets stuck in open or closed position. Also repeatedly freezes and then melts everything. Additionally the install I paid for was never done. Contract delivery people just dumped it all in the kitchen and left.

Did not see any subscription offers for MS game pass. Wooild have loved to buy. Otherwise i saved money on a new xbox using this.

you can't go wrong with a gift card. it lets someone get what they want.

Not bad. Cleaned well. Had an issue with the electric board. Had to return it.

Five dollars doesn’t get you much nowadays but I guess it’s better than nothing

Inconvenient in that it doesn't have the option to save to account.

this was a promotional bestbuy giftcard received as a purchase of another item. My usual preference is to not buy a bestbuy giftcard as sometimes my money is stuck there for too long a time.

I think the gift cards should be a lot more in value
