Needed to hook up a printer in the same location as a computer but had to run the cable around the room and desk so the 25 foot cable was the one to get. Plug and Play it what it turned out to be, a small switch and we were in business.

It does have shields over the jacks so there less chance of the retaining clip breaking off like it is likely to do with the unshielded models. It was reasonable priced and a good value.

Wifi is so 2001. A minor nitpick: it will not route for you as you must buy another device for layer 3 data transfer.
