AT 82 YRS OF AGE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE REAL BENEFITS I RECEIVE WITH THIS MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT READING ALL THE COMPLEX WORDING. I JUST ASK THE AGENTS IN THE STORE SUCH AS THE GEEK SQUAD . I know they can fix my computers.

I hoped to get help resetting some of my tablets. I need to add a new windows 11 to my computer because it has so much malware that’s hidden. Can you help with this?

Best Buy is the Best. The sales advisor assisted with review of the appliance, to financing with no interest for 18 months, to delivery and set up. The membership plan offers much more. Best Buy protection is a great deal and when you have an issue, you can speak with a person. BEST BUY is the best.

Don t know much about the membership. I left the store without the geek squad appointment i requested and have no idea about what i get as i told the sales person my husband had just died a veteran and i needed a reliable way to handle V A coraspondance i got office 365. I hope has some kind of protection for the lsp top. Its taken me 4 days to add my pay accounts to it. So i guess i really don t know if its a good deal or if i was just up sold because i was a woman who lost her husband.

So glad I signed up. Transferring my old laptop to the new one when I made the purchase went smoothly. In fact, my old laptop which was super glitchy, was "magically" made better on its return with the new one. Great service.

Upgraded two laptops to windows 11 and added a faster hard drive. Membership is a great value. 1TB hard drive price was very reasonable.

Excellent membership, great offers and sales on every item

Originally I was a hard "no!" Anytime I was offered a paid membership to anything. I purchased a relatively expensive sound system, and it was on sale for total members so I decided to give it a chance and get the membership as well. I'm glad I did. This membership has paid for itself 3 times this past year. My daughter got her laptop screen replaced after she dripped it. I saved about 300 dollars on price matches since you have 60 days to do it. Add the 2 year protection and extended warranty that comes with purchases and you have an incredible value. I'll always have this membership as long as it's offered. I'm sold. I'll always have this membership.

Super good I use geek squad with fixing my computer with the membership I can go in as many times as I need to. I also had troubles with my computer at first so buying the membership really did save me money I actually ended up saving around $200 on fees and appointments
