We should have the warranty without having to pay for a membership that we may not have a need to use in the future. And, Best Buy policy made use of the Geek Squad of no value after my purchase of a new tower computer with a mouse that is obviously very cheaply made and does not work, and with a problematic keyboard. Luckily i could still use my trackball and old keyboard. Very disappointed.

I have gotten this membership because I understand it's real value, I have received a new TV just the day after buying it and an accident happened at home damaging my item. The store replaced it for a new one without bureaucracy. I am very satisfied with this protection.
