My husband bought this to cover laptop diagnostics test and geek squad help removing unwanted intrusion loaded into our computers. Geek squad was honest, professional and very efficient. Well worth the money.

I can't think of a better added value to the already wonderful deal we received on the computer we purchased. The Geek Squad had already proved themselves to us with their knowledge and advice. Now, knowing that we have this level of protection at our backs brings nothing but comfort and confidence to us as we move forward in our nonprofit.

This membership is a great value. I have yet to use it for electronics repairs but if I have an emergency hopefully the membership will cover the problem.

I love having the best buy protection as they covrr anhthing I buy from them. I have actually had to use this twice and had no issues at all, way better then going through normal warranties. Thia is a must have with all electronics! Mucrowave, cell phones, mp3, ipad, labtops, tvs all what I have bought at verizon.

The membership had been great to have. I have been able to get replacements for a couple of items that have quite working and it was nice to not have to worry about having to repurchase things.

Needed my computer fixed so got the plan. Computer was shot. Plan to use membership to have a tv wall mounted for a cheaper prices later in the year.

To be honest, I signed up for a discount… I’ve actually had a very complex year with all of my technology lol. I’ve had my laptop crash and computer is malfunction and having this has been really useful this year. Personally, I think it is overpriced, but I have definitely gotten mymoney back with all of the repairs and services that I’ve used with it. But the gentleman who helped me set it up was not nice at all. Definitely lied about how it works and the cancellation policy but does not matter anymore because I have actually found to take good use for it. Five stars for the product and zero stars for the employee that help sign me up.

This membership gives me peace of mind. If something goes wrong with a product I can get it fixed.

Cleaned my laptop from malware. Runs great now. Did a fine job. Reservation to pick up completed service computer is a little squirrely. Can't just walk in and pick up computer. Need reservation which could be 3 days out!

AppleCare makes the value amazing since it easily adds up for devices like iPhones and Computers (buying just one can almost pay for the membership price in AppleCare savings).
