We have used this service so many times that it really pays off. My son has a lot of electronics and 15 year old boys are not easy on any electronics. The services provided with this are perfect for my family and I.

It's needed at the beginning, because microsoft's operating system and software is so user unfriendly. If you can get past the early problems and annoyances put there by MS, the membership is no longer needed. If Best Buy were able to break MS' hold on the system and the software, then they would have done something, I'd pay for that.

Totally worth having but it covered me when i needed it too i dont always use it but best buy always cover me and helps me out with things i may not understand.

Best buy pro protection is awesome and has helped us alot over the years. The discounts are great and the added services and protection come in handy if you have young kids.

This is an exceptional membership. I inadvertently cancelled the membership and realized I’d made a grave error! Having high retail products without the membership will cause great inconveniences when things break or don’t work properly. Get the membership and worry less!
