I can’t say enough good things about the Best Buy Total Rewards plan! One of the best benefits is not needing to buy separate insurance for future purchases—it’s already taken care of. My Samsung Watch Ultra was fully covered under the plan, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free. Knowing that my purchase was protected without the extra cost of insurance gave me real peace of mind. I’m also planning to buy a new TV soon, and I’m already looking forward to enjoying that same level of coverage and convenience. The Total Rewards plan has absolutely made me a more confident and loyal Best Buy customer. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for value, protection, and reliability all in one place!

I have been able to use my membership to save big time money. I ended up with some viruses which were really causing lots of issues. I tried to fix this on my own and really messed up my computer even more. I thought I had lost some valuable documents but Best Buy came to my rescue and restored my computer completely and it even worked faster than before. **Lesson Learned--Don't waste all your time. Just let the experts do it!!

I have yet to have to use my geek squad membership. The quality of products from Best Buy are truly top notch. Knowing I have support if and when I need it are invaluable to me!

I had computer problems and took it to Geek Squard. The cost to fix my computer was going to be $100. The sales associate explained Total Membership. So glad i purchased it had to take another computer in to be worked on and the Membership took care of the cost.

My computer crashed and I needed to get my files from it, at a minimum. The Squad thought they could get the computer working again (in addition to getting the files), which they did! And they did it in WAY less time than was estimated.

The membership is totally worth it. If you have gaming devices purchased and kids that depend on their devices to work. It has been a great value to our family. I would recommend the membership to anyone that has kids on gaming devices.

This is definitely a peace of mind to know when having this Membership that your devices are protected.

Service is great, other companies should take notice. The benefits of membership far outweigh the cost.

This membership has been a life saver for me. Especially the 24/7 access to the Geek Squad. I am not a computer expert and I need technical support quite often. They provide excellent service, are very professional, and always fix my problems (on all my devices.) My membership fee saves me money. If I had to pay separately for every time I needed technical help, I would be broke! I highley recomend this membership.

I bought a camera and lens for my granddaughter for Christmas. The customer service we received was spectacular. Their knowledge was just fantastic. The sales team answered all our questions and their recommendations were spot on.

The cost of membership pays for itself with just one computer electronics issue, that can show up at any time! Highly recommended!

I recently got a TCL speaker to go with my TCL TV, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The setup was super easy, and the sound quality is miles ahead of the TV’s built-in speakers. Dialogue is clear, music is rich, and movies feel more immersive with the added bass. If you’re looking for an affordable upgrade that makes a big difference without any hassle, I highly recommend this combo. Definitely worth it—you won’t regret it!

I went to the store to look at laptop, computers and shelves and HP 17 inch but I wanted to think it over so I came back home and I’m looking on the website they had another 17 inch which was a little less so I called and talked to a Spencer, and he assures me that the lady that helped me at the store would get credit if they do that and the one I looked at first would be the best choice and I could order it over the phone. Go in when it came in and just go over to the geek squad and they would download my other one and I’ll be out of there well when I got to the store, they said oh you need an appointment with the geek squad and so now where I live in Hemet and I am traveling to Menifee. It was just go on home and will call you when it’s ready while I’m 85 years old and traveling back-and-forth is not some thing I wanted to do. that’s why I called him rather than making a second trip to the store. It seems he could’ve informed me that I needed to make an appointment before I came back over to pick it up so now I’ve made three trips to the store and cannot say it was one of my better experiences. I’m sure this will not be a winner, but it seems maybe you could all get together and let people. That they need to make an appointment before they get there so this doesn’t happen to someone else I’m sure this won’t get the best seller reward but maybe it will help other people don’t know what to do
