Tech support is so worth the purchase! Anything goes wrong, it gets fixed or replaced as long as there was no intentional damaged like breaking it on purpose. Get this tech support for peace of mind!

I learned the hard way. Bought an apple device, got trapped into a storm (haze, rain and wind) so my device could not be repaired (had no coverage). This offers great value for the price. I think it is even better than apple coverage. Thanks!

Quality service. Bought the Total membership for discounted data transfer fee from old computers, set up, and tech support ... all of which came in handy. Would have rated 5 stars if it would have been easier to speak with someone in the store rather than being transferred to India every time I called in. Support was effective, but was a hassle to get assistance. ended up having to drive up to the store to speak with an associate.

So far I have found Total Membership a great deal. I have several PCs that needed work. The Geek Squad was of great help. I wish I lived closer or that Best Buy would move to Quarryville or Oxford. I'd use their service more often. I appreciate the service.

This is my 3rd year with the membership program and it has been worth it. I bought an IPad this year and got the AppleCare warranty for free as a member. Last year bought 3 Iwatches and MacBook Pro. All received the AppleCare for free!!!

This membership may be a good value, time will tell...I was not told until after I committed to the membership by having my Card swiped....I may have reconsidered had I know of the High Price with this option and the automatic reaccuring yearly charges...I believe all info should be given up front so the proposed member feels he is tgruly entering into a valid partnership...Leaves a hollow feeling after the fact...

I took the year total service plan because I moved from a 2015 laptop to a New one. I wanted to be able to get help as well as have a protection plan for a year. I have had to use the Geek Squad 2 times and am loving the help. If you are moving to a whole new system, the total protection plan is the way to go. Would recommend it.

Peace of mind and able to breathe easier. My mother was a victum of identiy theft, scared and already so much financial loss-I felt it was hard to see what our next step should be.
