They wait to tell me on the day of that the picked up tv's but they do not have the mounts. I am upset because the whole reason of me getting the tv's were to have them come with the mounts and professionlly install them. The driver and the service center do not communicate well with each other. Then now they are telling me i cannot get my refund on all of this... I AM STARTING A HUGE COMPLAINT ON MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. I see if i went in and paid 50$ for a vid game but i spent over 2 grand on electronics. I am just so over best buy....NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

That is not the level of service Best Buy is striving to deliver for our Totaltech members. Please give us a call at 888-237-8289 (888-BEST-BUY) at your earliest convenience so that a Totaltech expert can get your concerns to the proper agents in the field for a resolution you can live with. There should be no issue in getting a complete refund as long as the purchase was made within the last 60 days, should you choose to go that route. I will say that, believe it or not, sometimes the product availability of the TV mounts does introduce delays, but there are ways of overcoming that as well. I hope you will give us a chance to get this turned around for you.
