This membership is worth the cost. It gives us peace of mind. We have had to come in with computers, cameras, laptops. They were all repaired or replaced at no cost for us. Once we had a small fee for a part, but very reasonable and they fixed us right up.

I was a little nervous getting a new computer after so many years, so getting the 1-year membership makes me feel a little more at ease if anything happens.

Love the Geek Squad; especially as s senior! Saved our sanity & coached us properly on a recent computer hacking scam.

The yearly membership may seem a lot, but I promise you guys it is very good benefits because my computer ran into some issue and they ran a diagnosis on it for free and geek squad mentioned it wouldn't have been Free. Unfortunately the issue was still there but i got to exchange it without any issue after I caused minor issue to it.
