Love it because it offers a lot with any of your products you have inside your house. Haven't really had to use for in house service. Because I always take my stuff to them. But they have fixed in a timely manner. Love this program.

The customer service by cell phone or line is good, the staff is very bad, everything is always out of stock and if I had to recommend it, I would say no, I would expect better service for being a total customer, but it was not like that. They took too long to give me my refund for my first membership, I had both and they didn't even know how it was possible, they all told me different things and I never saw my money, do not pay in cash

Subscribed and totally worth the perks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I subscribed not too long ago and I really like the perks that you get, longer return time, warranty up to 2 years on any device purchased and deals exclusively for members. The one negative thing about it is that after the warranty is used you do have to repurchase it after the use.

My son is a bit of a klutz, which is why I bought the membership. He messed up his keyboard. We got it fixed for free. He had a few issues that were fixed for the membership. It would have cost a lot more if we didn’t have the membership plan.
