In reality, none of that is accurate. I purchased TVs for delivery and installation. Ultimately none of them were delivered, there were multiple no call/no show situations for the installation appointments and I ultimately still had to pay extra to have the TVs mounted how I wanted them even though I was told that wouldn’t be an issue with the membership. The membership was basically useless so I canceled it. Best Buy’s system of not allowing customers to contact the local employees via phone or chat is horrible because frankly the customer service agents have no concept of what is actually happening with orders/appointments/etc.
