The Best Buy yearly protection plan works well with all the items that we purchase. We have no problem so far that they could not handle. So glad that it is available to us. Nothing to worry about.

Returned as not what i wanted and the policy was not what it was said to be. Very Disappointed.

This membership is a good value in price. You can go to Geek Squad anytime if you have a problem. But I have several times bad experience with the technicians with online take over service. They were let me sit and wait for hrs with no response or communication. Most of the cases were outsource technicians.

This is a good plan because I have purchased quite a few items and having the extra 2-year warranty plan is a good deal.

overall great service for what you pay. It was cheaper for me to get the membership then to pay for them to just fix my pc when it broke

This membership has already paid for itself, I bought an appliance with it and the membership bumped the warranty to two years, it costs basically the same thing to purchase an extended warranty for the same length. On top of that it's showing discounts across the board. I admit i struggled with the price, but it was a no brainer with the appliance warranty

If you are thinking of buying, the discounts and protections that this membership gives you are excellent! I bought a screen protector for my phone and if it breaks, they replace it for free.

This membership is real value. We can trust them to keep our expensive toys in working order. I’ve gone to a number of other shops, trying to get my electronic devices fixed, and they’ve always been a disappointment to me. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, and I have no intention of going anywhere else.

Love the free home delivery and other perks have saved a lot of money and also gotten good in house tech support. Sad they’ve dropped the points progeam as was nice to esrn some points for free/discounted stuff. Best perk is the free applecare which goes without saying yet must be said — along with the free apple “trials” we love scoring apple music,fitness etc for free!

This is a must have i used it to compleatly rebuild my computer. they got it right the first time. they cover things you buy from Best Buy so you don't have to worry if you buy something that quits working. Go Best Buy

My Best Buy Total membership has been great. I love how Applecare plus and extended warranty’s are included with my purchases. I just had to call Geek Squad and get warranty service for a piece that I accidentally broke on my new gas range and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. They also waived the deductible. I also like that i can get mmy iphone screen protector replaced for no charge.

This membership is very must sooooo well worth having it helps in every way you can think of.

Good to have anything goes wrong Best Buy is there for you

This was a purchase to skip the delivery fee on appliance delivery, not sure what the membership gives me when purchasing items thought the year tho. No real benefit for me that I noticed.

Having access to round-the-clock tech support is incredibly convenient. Specially as someone who works from home!
