    This membership was recommended to me when purchasing some items at the store. At first I wasn't sure of the value, but after I became a member the difference was clear. For someone who purchases a lot of expensive technology for their children this is a great deal!

    I take my laptop and desktop in for tune-ups every year. This protection pays for itself. The protection extends to the stove and refrigerator I bought at Best Buy. Go to some of the home warranty companies and compare.

    The benefits of this service if you shop at best buy even semi-frequent are off the charts. The annual price is the only detractor for me personally. But if you have more money and go to best buy multiple times a year I would definitely consider this service.

    The app lets you schedule appointment for tablet repair but the Geek service does NOT work in tablets. Misleading at best... Went to the store for nothing as tablet likely need just cleaning and need to delete some apps for to lsmall memory... We can do that ourselves but figured we have the service so set the appointment. At least the rep was telling the honest truth that the small memory capacity goes away with every update... The only solution basically is to buy a new tablet with larger capacity, move the apps there and delete from the old one.

    I have had to return 2 TVs and the membership is more than worth it! Not only is the customer service a real person, they are friendly and talk you through any issue and get it resolved. I don’t regret my purchase for this service, I would highly recommend.

    I am glad that i got the memberships. My grandmother who passed away computer wasnt working so i took it to geeksquad and they looked at it, i ended up buying a new computer and the membership and they fixed my grandmothers computer! I was so thankful!

    I’ve been a total tech member for 3 years now, and I can’t imagine not being a member. This subscriptions has paid for itself over and over, the peace of mind of two years of protection, and the geek squad support is fantastic!

    This membership was very handy when I moved into my house. Saved a lot of money on installs of tv mounts and product warranty’s. Not sure how useful it would be if you’re only buying one or two items, but definitely worth it if you’re buying multiply electronics and appliances.

    So far I’ve only had to use once for computer service, but they fixed the issue remotely, timely and was very patient and friendly. But I was pleasantly surprised to find out that a 24 month protection warranty came with the purchase of a new range because I am a Total member!

    I signed up for the Best Buy Total Rewards membership, enticed by its advertised benefits. Unfortunately, my experience has been more disappointing than rewarding. Firstly, a key selling point—that phones returned within the trial period would have no restocking fees—turned out to be false. This discrepancy led me to spend excessive hours coordinating between my cell phone provider and Best Buy to rectify issues stemming from this misinformation. Furthermore, the concierge service, which claimed to expedite communication with representatives, fell short of expectations. I've encountered numerous instances where Best Buy representatives were dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. Most recently, my purchase of an iPad Pro was marred by delivery mishaps. Despite explicit instructions for a signature-required delivery, the item was negligently left unattended in my building's hallway. Efforts to resolve this mistake were riddled with delays, misinformation, and a glaring lack of accountability on Best Buy's part. To exacerbate matters, during a customer service interaction, a representative made a deeply inappropriate assumption about my nationality, which was both offensive and entirely unfounded. In summary, my interactions with Best Buy's services have been marked by disappointment, unmet promises, and a concerning lack of professionalism. I caution potential customers to weigh these experiences carefully before engaging with Best Buy, as the company's service standards appear to fall far below what one should expect in today's market.
