Don’t especially Understand why your rewards they said a limit on the time you might not need something for five or six months and in the meantime, they go away, and I don’t think that’s fair. Your rewards are reward for being a customer.

We initially bought into the program when it included installation, which we utilized. Since we buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy, it's come in useful since we've had some issues with computers and gaming systems.

This is my third or fourth year with this support product. Would highly recommend. I love the ability to book an appointment and get help quickly and in person when needed. Have always had kind, knowledgeable and patient geek squad techs.

Honestly! Having Total Tech Membership was a win!!! I have not regretted it what so ever! It was worth it. They would help me deliver my orders from best buy answer all my questions I needed. As well provided me with the right help and information!

Here this membership, that gives you alot of bennifits & features that I felt, was nessasary to buy with the expensive 75" HDTV I made at the same time, plus they'll a few other items I'm thinking of buying, just made sense to pay a few more dollars now, for all the perks.

For $179 it has more than paid for itself. Well-worth it if you buy lots of products, especially Apple. AppleCare+ is included, as is protection for all other items. In the two years I have has the membership I have saved almost $3,000.

Buy a few Apple products and this membership pays for itself. Highly recommended.

This member ship is amazing and when ever I want to get my computer fix I can just drive over to them you will have to wait to wait 2 days but it’s worth the wait
