I just recently purchased Totaltech and having the mindset that if I have trouble with my new laptop, gives me relief. The salesman (Isaiah) was thorough and convinced me that BestBuys' Totaltech team is available and waiting to help me. By the way, I love the 2 + 1 laptop that also purchased.

Best buy has great assortment of products and having a total tech membership makes buying from them so much easier. The included 2 year warranty on everything you buy makes the membership worth it along with the tech support online you cant beat it.

My experience with Best Buy has been nothing shy of excellent! Becoming a Best Buy Total member has saved me so much on the technology needed for school and work and the customer service at Best Buy each visit is phenomenal.

This is a great price and it protects everything you buy instead of having to buy it for each item you purchase. Protection is the best thing you can get for your electronics. Everything or Anything can have something wrong with it that you can't see. This protection covers those unforeseen issues.
