Sounds like a good idea. Lets see how useful it really is. I already bought 2 laptops, a TV and 2 cell phones. My feeling is that all you need to do is some research and make good choices when it comes to electronics. So is TotalTech really worth it? Ill let you know when its time to renew

I now get called by my name when I call.....idk, maybe some low down discounts that still don't even fall by default unto other stores. I don't shop here enough to care either, but when you need a specific item for your PC about 7/10 they more than likely got it.

If you're about to make a bunch of purchases - e.g. buying a new place and getting all of the appliances, then you HAVE to buy this. The rebates and extended warranties far exceed the cost of the membership.

The best buy total plan is a great plan for customers to make the most of their experience for less it comes with protection for certain items for up to 24 months and prices that are hard to beat the plan is overall a great experience that id recommend to a friend or even my mom

There is great peace of mind with this Plan. We like the discounts offered on additional merchandise and extra benefits like Geek Squad access. Not for everybody, but if you purchase more frequently from Best Buy, it is a no brainer!

Awesome value. Between two installations and an extended price matching offer it has more than paid for itself this year for me. Since they're changing the program I wouldn't recommend it going forward.
